You can make a difference!
Donate
As an event sponsor, you can support the community while promoting your business or organization. Donations are tax-deductible; we are a 501c3 organization. Please consider donating to support the festival's community outreach programs. We give free festival tickets to students 18 and under and their teachers, individuals with low income, and individuals with disabilities. Additionally, the festival offers free therapeutic storytelling workshops to help people who have experienced trauma.
This is what your donation can do:
$10 helps cover the cost for a student, teacher, individual with low income, or individual with a disability to attend the festival in person or view it online
$50 helps to provide large-print and Braille copies of the event program for attendees
$100 helps to pay for sign language interpreters for the festival
$200 or more helps to bring top-notch storytellers to the festival to teach and delight

INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING?
We're a volunteer-run organization and would love to have you join us. We could use your help with spreading the word about the festival, setting up/breaking down the annual quilt display, registering festival visitors, checking swatches at the door, staffing the marketplace table, and many other jobs. If you'd like to volunteer, use the form below, call Amanda Lawrence at 706-897-8941, or email us at info@gamountainstoryfest.org.
